Por fin conocemos a los posibles ganadores de la deseada estatuilla dorada, este año, los nominados a la 94ª entrega de los premios Oscar fueron todo un suceso y por eso todo el mundo está vuelto loco.
Y es que son varios los temas que rondan alrededor de los filmes nominados, ¿faltó incluir algunos?, ¿ya sabemos quién va a ganar? Todo una discusión se ha llevado a cabo en las redes sociales, sin embargo, muchos están emocionados, pues dentro de las 24 categorías, se encuentran grandes mexicanos: Guillermo del Toro, Eugenio Derbez y Carlos López Estrada, además de Fausto Estrada Guerrero.
Guillermo del Toro cuenta con cuatro nominaciones por la cinta El callejón de las almas perdidas: Mejor película, mejor fotografía (Dan Laustsen), mejor diseño de vestuario y mejor diseño de producción.
Eugenio Derbez no fue considerado para formar parte de la categoría de Mejor actor de reparto, sin embargo, la película CODA: Señales del corazón está nominada como Mejor película.
El director Carlos López Estrada logró entrar a las nominaciones y está en contienda para ganarse la estatuilla en la categoría de Mejor película de animación por la película de Raya y el último dragón.
Por último, pero no menos importante, otro mexicano que ha estado nominado al Oscar en la categoría Mejor película de animación, por The Mitchells vs. the machines; es Fausto Estrada Guerrero, oriundo de Pachuca, Hidalgo, quién forma parte del equipo de realizadores de esta película.
Sin duda, estos premios han generado una gran expectativa y esperamos que ganen los mejores y, que una vez más, haya estatuillas para nuestros mexicanos.
La premiación será realizada el 27 de marzo en el Dolby Theatre y será conducida por las comediantes Wanda Sykes, Amy Schumer y Regina Hall.
